7月21日-23日，法国驻华大使白玉堂一行访问鄂尔多斯市，自治区外事办二级巡视员周建华、鄂尔多斯市委常委、副市长提名人选严天亮、市外事办主任郝赟陪同考察。

From July 21 to 23，H.E. Mr. Bertrand Lortholary, Ambassador of France to China, led a delegation to Ordos for a visit. Zhou Jianhua, Level II Inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Government , with Yan Tianliang, Member of the Standing Committee of Ordos Municipal Committee of CPC, the Nominee for Vice Mayor of Ordos, and Hao Yun, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Ordos Municipal People’s Government, accompanied the delegation during the visit.

访问期间，代表团先后参访鄂尔多斯零碳产业园、卡尔动力科技有限公司、鄂尔多斯现代羊绒产业园、达拉特旗光伏领跑者基地，实地了解鄂尔多斯在新能源产业布局、绿色技术创新、特色优势产业升级等领域的发展。

The delegation toured the Net-Zero Industrial Park, KargoBot Technology Co., Ordos Modern Cashmere Industrial Park, and the Dalad Photovoltaic Power Generation Application Pioneer Base during the visit, where they gained an in-depth understanding of Ordos’ development in areas including the layout of new energy industry, green technology innovation, and the upgrades in distinctive and competitive industries.

白玉堂大使对鄂尔多斯市在绿色低碳转型、产业高质量发展等方面取得的成就给予高度评价。他表示，法国驻华大使馆将积极发挥桥梁纽带作用，持续深化中法友好交流，促进双方产业对接，推动多领域务实合作落地鄂尔多斯。

The Ambassador spoke highly of Ordos’ achievements in green and low-carbon transition and high-quality industrial development. He stated that the Embassy of the French Republic in China will actively play its role as a “bridge”, continuously deepen friendly exchanges between the two sides, facilitate industrial matchmaking, and promote the implementation of practical cooperation across multiple fields in Ordos.
